Dillon is the seat for Beaverhead County, the largest county in land mass in Montana with a population of approximately 2 people per square mile. Located within walking distance to many amenities, it is also a central point to numerous famous fly fishing waters. The Beaverhead River, Big Hole River, Madison River, Ruby River, Poindexter Slough Spring Creek, Jefferson River, and other mountain streams and lakes are all within striking distance of the Fly Shop Inn. There are several museums within blocks of the cabin which give you a taste of our western heritage.
